A spinoff and remake of the famous Sherlock Holmes, this movie follows the story of Sherlock Holmes younger sister, Enola Holmes. Played by Millie Bobby Brown with Henry Cavill as Sherlock Holmes, Sam Claflin as Mycroft Holmes, and Helena Bonham Carter as their eccentric mother, the story begins when their mother vanishes and Enola sets out to track her down. A sequel, Enola Holmes 2, was released in 2022. 

3. The Power of the Dog

This Oscar winning movie stars Benedict Cumberbatch as a cruel farmer who is toxic and hostile towards his sister-in-law, played by Kirsten Dunst, due to a forbidden secret. This film, which was directed by Jane Campion, received fantastic reviews from critics.

In one of the best movies on Netflix, famous actor Chris Hemsworth plays an Australian black ops mercenary in an action-packed Bangladesh-set thriller. Sam Hargrave, a former stuntman who served as Chris Hemsworth’s body double in the Marvel movies, directed the film. The thriller delivers mind-blowing action with amazing cinematography and became one of the most watched films on Netflix when it was released. 

1. The Gray Man

The Gray Man, directed by the Russo Brothers, is Netflix’s most expensive film ever, with a budget of $200 million. In this gripping thriller, Ryan Gosling plays a CIA agent who gets drawn into a deadly conspiracy and visits Vienna, Hong Kong, Turkey, and Croatia. Chris Evans takes on a new role as a villain in this movie, and we get a thrilling fight scene at the climax of the movie between the two actors.
